For over 27 years I have worked with people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or aware that they are capable of more in life than they are currently experiencing.

Through an integrative and personalised approach, I help people understand the patterns shaping their lives and gently transform those patterns so that new possibilities become available.

  • mindfulness and awareness practices (Brilliant for ‘vagus nerve reset’ to calm the nervous system and over-thinking)
  • Belief transformation work
  • Hypno-therapeutic strategies (excellent for discovering underlying causes of feeling stuck)
  • EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique)
  • reflective conversation and insight

  • develop greater confidence and clarity
  • experience more ease, creativity and enjoyment in life

One-to-One Sessions

Individual sessions provide a space to explore what is happening in your life and begin shifting the patterns that are holding you back. These may be in-person or online.


Workshops and Courses

I occasionally run group sessions exploring topics such as:

  • mindfulness and emotional awareness
  • transforming patterns of thinking
  • developing confidence and clarity

These workshops offer practical tools as well as the support of a warm, shared learning environment.


Retreats

I also co-host retreats designed to help people step out of their everyday routines and reconnect with themselves.

About Me

I have been working as a therapist and mindfulness practitioner for more than 27 years.

My background includes training in:

  • EMDR
  • NLP and EFT
  • Non-violent communication
  • Clinical hypnotherapy
  • Mindfulness
  • Stress management including Workplace Stress

Over the years I have worked with people from many different walks of life, including professionals, students, creatives and business owners.

While the situations people bring are often very different, the underlying patterns are often surprisingly similar.

My work focuses on helping people understand those patterns and discover new ways of experiencing life.
